Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications.
Your main tasks

  1. Sales Forecast & Analysis
    - Monitor and analyze forecast reports
    - Track Book & Bill reports
    - Develop and maintain standard dashboards for EMEA & MEA
  2. Pipeline Management
    - Streamline opportunities and align them with forecast numbers to enhance efficiency
    - Generate and analyze C2S-Sales force reports
  3. Business Review & Strategic Planning
    - Support and coordinate Quarterly Business/Growth Reviews
    - Prepare presentations and business reports
    - Implement cadence planning with the team and track follow-up actions
  4. Marketing & Event Planning
    - Collaborate with marketing to publish Core Stories
    - Organize and support Sales Utility Meetings
    - Coordinate with the event planning team for exhibitions events
  5. Distributor Playbook & Reporting
    - Develop contracts and maintain a structured Distributor Playbook
    - Manage Jointer Certification process
  6. Personal Assistant Responsibilities
    - Support team travel arrangements when needed
    - Manage meeting structures, scheduling, and cadence planning for the EMEA & MEA teams
    - Assist in coordinating senior management meetings and follow-ups
    - Ensure seamless execution of events, conferences, and business engagements

Your ideal background

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, sales excellence, pipeline management, or executive support
  • Very Strong 365 Microsoft Office skills
  • CRM solution proficiency: Sales Force, Tableau
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work across EMEA regions and manage multiple priorities
