Job description

Liebherr Middle East FZE is responsible for sales and service of construction machinery and maritime cranes of the Liebherr Group in the Gulf region. This includes specifically mobile and crawler cranes, the complete range of earthmoving equipment, tower cranes and concrete equipment, duty cycle crawler cranes as well as material handling equipment in the maritime field.

Responsibilities

  1. Market research & analysis as per the requirements of the Sales Department
  2. Managing Marketing Campaigns & Events / Exhibitions
  3. Sales & Commission invoicing to the Head Quarters (Austria, Germany)
  4. Accounts Management (preparing & conducting the monthly Outstanding Payments meeting)
  5. Personal Assistance to the General Manager MCCtec
  6. Expense Claims Processing
  7. Office Management (stationary items, calendars, liaising with facility management demand)
  8. Managing Spare Cars Fleet
  9. Organize, manage and complete projects individually and in teamwork
  10. Cooperate with all levels of staff
  11. Ability to multi-task while completing work in a competent and professional manner
  12. Team Player
  13. English written / spoken fluently, German is an advantage
  14. Good knowledge of MS-Office
  15. Experience in related industries is a plus
