A multinational manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Manager for the India region. In this mid-management role based in Dubai, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, and developing market strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in household appliances, and a strong understanding of the Indian market. Compensation includes a gross package of 30,000 monthly and negotiable benefits.
Sales Manager - India Region - White Goods
Our client a multinational manufacturing appliances company is looking for a Sales Manager India Region. You will be reporting directly to the Marketing Director – MEIA
Role & Responsibilities:
Achieve annual sales and profit targets.
Forecast and follow through to achieve sales targets and market share achievements.
Overlook logistics and product shipments to ensure optimum stock levels are met.
Identify the best/optimum Route to market strategy for India.
Manage distributor(S) and business partners to deliver on KPIs.
Apply trade marketing concepts/tools to maximize brand(s) presence in trade.
Min of 6 years of Sales management experience in Blue chip out of which at least 3 years are in the Indian market, preferably in household appliances.
Experienced in managing distributors.
High energy individual who has the ability and spirit to deliver on stretched target and think outside the box.
Good awareness of Indian market landscape.
Credible and trustworthy.
Ability to manage distributors.
Result oriented but appreciate following a structured approach to achieve the same.
Brand management/FMCG/Trade marketing experience will be a plus.
This is a mid-management position, so candidate is expected to have 6 years of sales management experience. The role is sales/business development.
Position is stationed in Dubai to start with; however, expectations to move the position to be stationed in India is highly likely to happen post identifying the final business strategy.
