Job Family Summary

The Business Development department is committed to achieving company goals in revenue cycle management services. Generating leads across different markets to regularly maintain a healthy pipeline of clients. Actively promotes company products and services in the marketplace and represents group entities in appropriate forums.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for establishing SANTECHTURE as an industry leader in providing RCM solutions for the healthcare industry. You will develop new revenue streams and grow our market share by cultivating and driving deep relationships with key customers and strategic partners. In doing so, you will gain a deep understanding of customer needs to evolve and strengthen SANTECHTURE's value propositions.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Analyze the healthcare sector and define growth strategies for the business.
  2. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and develop compelling value propositions.
  3. Understand the unique needs of customers (public/private, small/big) and effectively pitch SANTECHTURE's solutions with a focus on value-creation.
  4. Have an understanding of key Saudi Arabia public health entities with an established network.
  5. Establish strategic partnerships to build and strengthen our network.
  6. Be accountable for measurable outcomes such as revenue growth and market share.
  7. Contribute to SANTECHTURE's marketing efforts to position SANTECHTURE as the leading RCM technology supplier in the region.
  8. Work closely with our sales and product teams by providing sound business intelligence to enhance the competitive positioning of SANTECHTURE's suite of solutions.
  9. Ability to travel inside the UAE.

Job Requirements

  1. At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales.
  2. Well-versed with healthcare technology sales.
  3. Possess a good network across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  4. Strong understanding of the commercial workings of the healthcare sector and industry trends.
  5. Deep network amongst Middle East healthcare ecosystem players such as government agencies, hospitals, and medical providers.
  6. A strong commercial sense, creative strategist with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  7. Self-starter, confident, and target-oriented.
  8. Willing to be hands-on in a fast-growing company.
  9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to represent SANTECHTURE and lead discussions with C-level, senior management, and regulators.
  10. Knowledge of CRM tools.
