The opportunity

A Specialist Professional is a recognized subject matter expert in the job area, typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities include managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from a manager, coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to lower-level professionals. Problems faced are often difficult and complex.

How you’ll make an impact
  1. Developing & implementing sales strategies, and strategic sales and business development initiatives, aligned with global sales strategy.
  2. Achieving sales targets in respect of budgets and sales efficiency. Supporting, maintaining, and growing existing accounts.
  3. Developing customer relationships within Saudi Arabia to win new customers and generate recurring revenue from existing customers. Partnering with other Hitachi Energy sales organizations to build pipeline and increase brand presence.
  4. Ensuring sales achievement through regular oversight, defining, and implementing improvement plans as needed. Developing an organized pipeline targeting prospects in identified segments and territories.
  5. Identifying opportunities at existing and potential new customers within the geographical areas and planning for acquisition, allocating resources accordingly. Providing market feedback and participating in training to stay updated on go-to-market plans. Giving feedback on trade events and marketing needs.
  6. Supporting the development of strong relationships with key customers and decision makers. Ensuring effective marketing communications.
  7. Taking ownership of sales processes, training, and development plans. Collaborating with Sales Engineering to respond to technical customer needs. Coordinating sales efforts with other functions and the extended sales team. Providing feedback to Product Management for clear communication of requirements.

Your background
  1. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a relevant field is preferred.
