The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and business development initiatives aligned with global sales objectives.
  • Achieve sales targets concerning budgets and efficiency, supporting and growing existing accounts.
  • Build customer relationships within Saudi Arabia to acquire new clients and generate recurring revenue from current customers, collaborating with other Hitachi Energy sales teams to expand the pipeline and brand presence.
  • Ensure sales achievement through regular oversight, defining improvement plans, and developing an organized pipeline targeting prospects in specific segments and territories.
  • Identify opportunities within existing and potential new customers in designated areas, develop acquisition plans, and allocate resources accordingly. Provide market feedback and participate in training to stay updated with go-to-market strategies. Offer feedback on trade events and marketing needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring effective marketing communications.
  • Take ownership of sales processes, participate in relevant training and development, and coordinate efforts with sales engineering and other functions. Provide feedback to product management to communicate customer and market needs.

Your background

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a relevant field is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience is required.
