A leading technology company is looking for a Sales Professional for their Solar segment in Dubai. The role involves developing sales strategies, building long-term relationships, and managing bids. Candidates should have over 5 years of sales experience in the lighting industry and be fluent in English. This position offers a chance to work in an inclusive environment focused on sustainability.
Is responsible for Solar product commercial development and the turnover realized in the Middle East (excluding KSA) area.
The objective is to develop the commercial activity, implement a strong and sustainable sales strategy and turn leads and prospects into customers and turnover for Solar segment.
Education : Major in Business / Commercial Engineer, Economics, Engineering (mechanical, electromechanical, …) or relevant field
Experience : At least 5 – 7 years of sales experience in Lighting industry and 2 – 3 years for Solar product
Knowledge and Skills :
Fluent in English, Arabic is plus
Advanced selling, communication and negotiation skills
Advanced internal / external networking skills
Open for strategic approaches
Prioritizing, time management and organization
Good presentation, easy contact at sales levels, ability to establish long-term relationships
Customer focused attitude
Self motivated and target driven
Good Proficient in MS office, CRM
Good Project Management skills
Good soft skills in customer relationship management
