A family-owned company in the heavy equipment industry is looking for a Sales Representative to develop sales opportunities across several Middle Eastern markets. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying local partners, and conducting market analysis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of Maritime Cranes and Port Equipment, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in English. Opportunities for growth and performance-based remuneration are offered.
Responsibilities
Business Development :
Develop sales opportunities across all assigned countries (Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq, Pakistan, and others). This includes researching construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects in each market.
Client Relationship Management :
Maintain relationships with existing customers and acquire new clients in each country. Regular visits are essential to demonstrate commitment and build trust (face-to-face meetings are culturally important). Document customer requirements, inquiries, and feedback for the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and enter them into the CRM system.
Dealer and Partner Search :
Identify and evaluate potential local partners for projects with specific requirements to support sales opportunities.
Sales Process Management :
Manage the entire sales process in the assigned countries—from inquiry and quotation to negotiation and closing.
Market Intelligence and Reporting :
Gather market information regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences in each country.
Collaboration and Alignment :
Work autonomously within your territory while maintaining close cooperation with the RSM to ensure coordinated regional strategies, shared information, and mutual learning.
