We're now expanding and seeking an experienced Secondary Market Sales Manager to lead, coach, and drive our secondary market division to new heights.

Your Role:

As the Secondary Market Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of property consultants focused on the secondary market. You'll play a key role in building strategy, setting targets, supporting negotiations, and growing our presence in the market.

???? Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of secondary market property consultants
• Develop sales strategies and implement best practices to maximize performance
• Monitor team KPIs and provide performance feedback and coaching
• Support agents in sourcing listings, closing deals, and handling negotiations
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Collaborate with management on business growth and sales initiatives

? Requirements:

?? Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market

?? Proven leadership or team management experience

?? Strong understanding of Dubai freehold communities and transaction processes

?? Ability to inspire, motivate, and drive a sales team

?? Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

?? UAE Driving License and own car is a must
