Role Overview

We seek a distinguished Sales Manager to spearhead business development efforts for rubber-based solutions within the building/architectural and mining segments. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving product growth in coordination with our technical and production teams.

Sector: Manufacturing – EPDM Rubber Gaskets & Pipe Seals

Key Responsibilities

  • Target prospective clients and projects in the construction, infrastructure, architectural, and mining industries to introduce enhanced rubber seals and gasket solutions.
  • Undertake comprehensive market and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and strategic pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
  • Set, monitor, and attain monthly and quarterly sales objectives in alignment with corporate growth strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, technical forums, and client engagement events.
  • Build and nurture relationships with contractors, consultants, OEMs, and procurement authorities.
  • Sustain an active sales pipeline and provide structured reporting to senior leadership.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years in B2B industrial sales, with a strong preference for experience in rubber products or related industries within the UAE / GCC region.
  • Demonstrated ability to penetrate new product segments or markets.
  • Existing sales networks within construction, mining, or infrastructure domains are highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in English; fluency in Malayalam and/or Hindi will be considered a valuable asset.
  • Possession of a valid UAE driving license is required.
