Job summary

A leading HVAC solutions provider in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across key accounts. Responsibilities include generating sales leads, promoting solutions to industry experts, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate has experience in technical capital sales within the construction sector, particularly in retrofit/refurbishment markets, and is self-motivated. This role is essential for our expansion in Dubai and the North Emirates.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in technical capital sales in construction industry.
  • Knowledge of retrofit/refurbishment market is essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and establish trust.

Responsibilities

Job description

Job Purpose : Accountable to grow sales revenue for Khansaheb Industries product and solutions across the selected key accounts. Establish a network of leading developers, architects, MEP consultants for Khansaheb Industries to become the preferred choice in HVAC industry for Dubai and the North Emirates.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for revenue targets and achieving business objectives for the assigned territory.
  • Sales lead generation (Generating leads, engaging directly with customers, and completing the business deals) and expanding existing sales.
  • Promote product and solutions to industry experts as developers, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors/Retrofit Contractors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in the decision-making process.
  • Ensure the CRM platform is up to date for customer data, your sales activities and forecast Stay appraised and report on market developments (Report on sales progress and advise/alert if any problems may arise)
  • Support debtor collections

EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Required experience in a similar role of technical capital sales solutions into the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of the retrofit / refurbishment market is must
  • Self-motivated and autonomous working
  • Ability to establish rapport and credibility based on trust and delivery
