What you will do

  • Devise and execute an effective sales strategy aimed at fulfilling organizational objectives and revenue aspirations.
  • Establish specific sales targets for individuals and assign responsibilities within your team.
  • Ensureteam members are equipped with the necessary resources to thrive.
  • Regularly assess and review the activities and outcomes of the sales team.
  • Offer direction and support to foster the success of the sales team.
  • Engage with supportive departments to guarantee the realization of sales goals.
  • Nurture strong business relationships with pivotal decision-makers.
  • Project sales revenue and scrutinize data to uncover opportunities.
  • Oversee debtor and inventory days in accordance with budgetary constraints.

Required Skills for Success

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Leadership Excellence: Experienced in managing day-to-day sales operations and leading a team to success.
  • Tech-Savvy : Excellent MS Office skills, with SAP knowledge being an added advantage.
