Job Description:
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of 3–4 Sales Executives.
  • Drive property sales across both residential and commercial projects.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and monthly action plans.
  • Set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to the team.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, pricing trends, and customer needs.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 40 years old and below
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in real estate, aviation, high-end retail, or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of closing primary market deals.
  • Strong knowledge of both residential and commercial property markets.
