Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales Manager with a strong background in UAE’s real estate market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing business opportunities and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and market growth. Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in UAE Real Estate Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for property sales and leasing.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations and legal requirements.
  • Provide training, guidance and support to the sales team to enhance performance.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3-4 years of proven sales experience in UAE real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai/UAE property market, laws and regulations.
