The Role Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in UAE Real Estate Sales. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in UAE’s real estate market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and market growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for property sales and leasing.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team to enhance performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of proven sales experience in UAE real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai / UAE property market, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 fixed salary, attractive commissions over and above the salary
  • Other benefits as per UAE labor law
