Essential Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and profitability aligned with company objectives.
- Expand the customer base by identifying key projects, establishing relationships within a specific territory, and developing new customers for pump repair and other mechanical equipment needs. Build relationships with decision-makers.
- Provide technical support to resolve product and system issues at customer sites, including diagnostics, pump application review, design, materials, and vibration analysis. Identify and resolve defects.
- Stay informed about service capabilities and understand customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare presentations and proposals to secure new orders, reviewing client specifications and commercial terms.
- Coordinate customer service issues to retain clients and generate future revenue opportunities.
- Conduct plant surveys to verify installed pump populations, identify upgrade opportunities, and secure parts or maintenance orders.
- Complete and review customer satisfaction feedback reports.
- Collaborate with operations to meet customer needs.
- Manage parts agreements and monitor price adjustments.
- Track parts activity to facilitate order closure and analyze business to recommend growth strategies.
