About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager - Private Clients to join the Global Sales team at Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Meeting revenue targets across designated global accounts, market segments, and territories through tailored sales strategies and action plans.
  • Serving as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers to enhance brand presence.
  • Developing and implementing account plans to maximize revenue and providing insights for sales strategy improvements.
  • Prospecting new opportunities, maintaining a high-profile network, and representing the brand at trade shows, client events, and sales trips.
  • Monitoring performance targets, adhering to company policies, brand standards, and safety regulations.
  • Acting as a Jumeirah ambassador by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism, and supporting internal collaboration.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree from an accredited university (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in international hospitality, with a good understanding of hotel operations and familiarity with HNWI, private offices, and YPO networks.
  • Strong commercial acumen, target-driven mindset, and success in relationship management, account management, and negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce; fluency in English and Arabic or relevant local language; additional languages are an asset.
