The Sales Manager - Power is a pivotal role within the energy sector, responsible for driving sales strategies and ensuring the growth of the company s power segment. This position requires a dynamic and knowledgeable individual who can navigate the complexities of the power industry, while leading a team to achieve sales targets and expand market share. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of energy market trends, have experience in sales management, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. The Sales Manager - Power will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with other departments to optimize service delivery.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and growth targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Analyze market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
