Job description

Sales Strategy & Market Expansion: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the company's pipeline products, including different solutions in civilian and municipal piping, home decoration piping, industrial piping, agricultural piping, undersea piping, and energy piping. These product categories cover PVC pipelines, TCP pipelines, RTP pipelines, SRPP pipelines, HDPE pipelines, PP-R pipelines, PE pipelines, PE-RT pipelines, PB pipelines, and various composite pipes, designed for diverse applications across industries. • Expand business in the Middle East and international pipeline markets, acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with distributors, and exploring new sales channels for pipeline materials. • Research pipeline industry trends, analyze competitors, and develop strategies to enhance your pipeline product positioning and market competitiveness. Team Management: • Build and manage a pipeline sales team, ensuring deep knowledge of manufactured pipeline products, materials, specifications, and applications. • Conduct product-specific sales training, improving the team’s understanding of pipeline manufacturing processes, quality standards, and technical specifications. • Supervise the execution of pipeline sales strategies, optimizing performance and ensuring efficient sales operations. Customer Relationship Management: • Maintain long-term partnerships with construction firms, EPC contractors, distributors, and government agencies, solidifying your company’s reputation as a trusted pipeline manufacturer. • Understand customer requirements for pipeline materials, offering tailored solutions based on diameter, pressure ratings, corrosion resistance, and durability. • Address client concerns regarding pipeline material quality, transportation logistics, regulatory standards, and long-term performance. Sales Target & Performance Management: • Develop and monitor pipeline product sales budgets, ensuring revenue targets are met across different pipeline categories. • Analyze sales data for pipeline materials, optimizing pricing strategies and profit margins while staying competitive in the market. • Participate in contract negotiations for pipeline procurement, bulk orders, and supply agreements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Contract & Payment Management: • Negotiate, draft, and execute contracts for pipeline sales, ensuring alignment with company policies and market demands. • Oversee manufacturing-to-delivery processes, ensuring timely supply chain fulfillment and payment collection to maintain healthy cash flow. Only Pipelines Industry Professionals Should Apply Education & Experience: • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related degree. • 5-10 years of pipeline industry sales experience, preferably in pipeline manufacturing, wholesale distribution, or bulk material supply. • Strong sales background with expertise in pipeline specifications, industry standards, and material selection. Market & Client Management Skills: • Extensive business development and pipeline product market expansion experience—candidates with a strong industry network in pipeline manufacturing and distribution are preferred. • Familiarity with the Middle Eastern pipeline market and local business culture; prior experience in the region is a significant advantage. Negotiation & Communication Skills: • Excellent negotiation skills in pipeline material pricing, bulk sales agreements, and long-term supply contracts. • Strong cross-cultural communication skills for engaging with distributors, project managers, and government procurement teams. Target-Driven & Team Leadership: • Highly goal-oriented, capable of working under pressure to meet pipeline product sales targets. • Proven leadership capabilities to drive pipeline product sales growth and market expansion. Language Proficiency: • Native Arabic Speaker, proficiency in English (Chinese language skills are a plus).
