Job description

Position Summary: The Sales Manager (Off-Plan) would lead the Off-Plan team at NIP in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of property consultants and ensuring the success of the Off-plan property sales initiatives are well achieved. Key Responsibilities: · Follow up on prospective clients through calls, meetings, and networking. · Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, offering guidance and expertise. · Present properties to potential buyers or tenants, highlighting their features and investment potential. · Provide clients with market insights, investment advice, and updated information about current offerings. · Negotiate offers and finalize deals in alignment with legal and company standards. · Assist admin to prepare necessary paperwork (Form’s, contracts, tenancy agreements, etc.). · Maintain and update listings on CRM and real estate portals. · Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service. · Stay updated with market trends, prices, and legal regulations in Dubai real estate. · Coordinate with developers, banks, and legal consultants to support transactions.

· Proven experience in real estate sales with a minimum of 8-10 years, of which 3 years in a leadership role ideally. · Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, the off-plan property sales and its dynamics. · Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills. · Good team management and interpersonal abilities. · Results-driven with an excellent track record and commercially astute. · Must be a go-getter, dynamic with a passion for sales.
