The Sales Manager (Feed) Oil & Gas is responsible for driving the growth of our Distributed portfolio, Gas Turbine Mechanical Drive, and Power Generation Sales strategy. This role involves working closely with the Power Generation (New Unit) regional sales team and the compression organization.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Drive growth in the Distributed portfolio, Gas Turbine Mechanical Drive, and Power Generation Sales strategy for the Oil & Gas sector, collaborating closely with the regional sales team and compression organization.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to identify Oil & Gas business opportunities, enhance market transparency, and foster a healthy project pipeline to meet annual operational excellence (OE) targets.
- Engage early with customers to define key drivers, challenges, and decision processes, promoting a value proposition that applies a win-win philosophy to influence tender criteria.
- Align with Key Account Managers and support strategic consultants and engineers in pre-feed, feed, and lead management, coordinating actions with major Oil & Gas customers such as ARAMCO, ADNOC, and BP.
- Build a regional external network of customers, consultants, engineers, and system integrators while continuously updating market and competitive intelligence for the Distributed and compression business in the Middle East.
- Foster cross-country collaboration, maintain strong customer relationships, gather market intelligence, conduct economic analysis, support bid preparation, and adhere to company policies related to compliance and business conduct in all interactions.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, providing a solid technical foundation for the role.
- Minimum of 7 years in the power generation and compression industries, focusing on the distributed market (<100MW), with a proven track record in Oil & Gas sales and customer relationships in offshore, gas processing, and pipelines.
- Broad understanding of power generation and compression processes, including centrifugal compressors and steam turbines, along with knowledge of climate change and energy policies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute winning sales strategies, with experience in partnering, negotiation, and value-added selling.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams in intercultural environments and cross-regional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills; self-motivated with a drive to exceed customer expectations; flexibility and creativity; fluency in English (Arabic is a plus); and willingness to travel internationally as required.

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization, including zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines, and generators. We explore decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
