About the position
As a Sales Manager for Middle East and North Africa, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key agencies and clients across the region. You will present EXTE solutions, identifying new business opportunities, delivering strategic pitches, and establishing EXTE as a preferred partner within the digital advertising ecosystem. This role reports directly to the Managing Director, MEA & Emerging Markets, supporting the execution of the overall sales strategy in the Middle East market.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company to build relationships and strategic partnerships with some agencies and clients directly, raise awareness of our capabilities and present unique value proposition.
- Develop a deep understanding of your agencies and their clients, including programmatic, planning, trading, and buying teams to succesfully manage day-to-day relationships with them.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve preferred partnership status within agencies.
- Lead negotiation processes to secure deal closures, and oversee campaign implementation to ensure delivery and performance.
- Present commercial and marketing strategies to clients and agency partners, showcasing insights and recommendations tailored to their business challenges.
- Accurately forecast, report, and manage your sales pipeline, using Salesforce and your own tracking file to follow up with clients and upcoming opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities in the region.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize operational processes and deliver seamless execution.
- Prepare performance reports, share learnings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster long-term partnerships with key clients and agencies to maximize business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will
- Poses 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising sales, preferably within an AdTech or digital media environment.
- Know the insides of the digital advertising market in Dubai and the broader Middle East region, with an established network of agency contacts.
- Present a record of driving revenue growth and building strategic agency relationships.
- Be an excellent negotiator and have engaging presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Be able to think strategically and creatively, connecting our solutions to client needs.
- Show proactivity, a goal-oriented mindset, and feel comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
- Be a native English speaker (Arabic language proficiency strongly preferred).
- Be willing to travel.
