As part of our strategic expansion across the MENA region, we are building a results-driven sales leadership team to support our operations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts and grow our presence in the region. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial services, a deep understanding of trading instruments, and a proven track record in building and managing high-performing sales teams within regulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of Sales Executives.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create training materials, onboarding programs, and performance management frameworks.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and engagement of new clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and client retention teams to drive acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine positioning and optimize team performance.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular reporting on team performance and KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Success in this role will include:

  • Building a high-performing sales team that consistently exceeds client acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Implementing sales strategies that result in measurable growth across key markets in the MENA region.
  • Maintaining a clean and accurate CRM system that supports data-driven decision-making and transparent performance tracking.
  • Demonstrating consistent adherence to regulatory frameworks while driving commercial success.
  • Earning recognition from senior leadership for delivering results, developing talent, and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in sales within financial services or brokerage firms.
  • Proven success in leading sales teams and consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of trading platforms, financial instruments, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Russian or Arabic is a plus.
