The Role :

We are looking for a MENA Sales Manager to drive the growth of CES within the MENA region by building strong relationships with International Schools and ensuring CES is their go-to solution. This role requires a proactive and results-driven sales professional who can develop strategic plans, manage key accounts, and execute high-impact sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the MENA region, with guidance from the Senior Sales Managers.
  • Manage a marketing budget to support promotional activities and sales forecasts.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and customer-winning proposals to showcase CES solutions.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with key customers, making effective use of travel schedules.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and contribute to business growth.
  • Ensure the best customer experience by challenging and improving sales processes.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven sales experience in the MENA region with a strong track record of success, ideally within the education sector (not mandatory).
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strong commercial insight and an understanding of international sales.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of international shipping and logistics is a plus.
  • Must live in Dubai and have full working rights.
  • Must possess a driver’s license and have access to a car.
