Job description

Our Client is a pioneering hair transplant organisation with its clinic based in Istanbul and Medical Consultancy Offices located in London, Istanbul and Tirana. As part of their expansion plan, they have opened offices in Dubai and are looking to hire a Sales Manager to lead and manage all sales operations and oversee the activities of the newly formed sales team. The Sales Manager will contribute to developing the Company’s vision, manage and oversee the sales operations in the organization. The main duties include designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients and evaluating costs to determine their products’ pricing when selling to customers. You will have the opportunity to work with a visionary company dedicated to excellence, playing a pivotal role in expanding their client base and enhancing patient experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in hair transplant, dental, and plastic surgery sectors.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and markets, conducting thorough market research to inform strategies.
  4. Lead the sales team, providing coaching and training to enhance performance and achieve targets.
  5. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide reports to senior management on progress and challenges.
  6. Participate in networking events, conferences, and seminars to promote their consultancy services and expand their professional network.
  7. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with prospective clients.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:

This client operates in an image conscious sector so exceptional personal grooming is essential for this role and they have a formal business attire dress code for all employees. In addition you must have:

  1. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  2. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and the ability to position products against competitors.
  3. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the medical consultancy or health tourism industry.
  4. Strong understanding of the hair transplant, dental, or plastic surgery markets and trends.
  5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  7. First class English language skills both written and verbal are mandatory with a second language of similar proficiency being highly regarded.
  8. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
  9. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to track performance and manage client relationships.
  10. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related medical field is preferred.
