SALES MANAGER- Media & Advertising

Our Client is looking for a Sales Manager - Media & Advertising who's driven, results-focused, and passionate about digital media. This role is perfect for someone ready to take ownership of a commercial strategy, build strong industry relationships, and drive digital revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive sales of digital advertising solutions to new and existing clients.
• Build and execute sales plans that grow revenue and expand the client base.
• Understand client goals and deliver customized media proposals that bring results.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and direct clients.
• Lead outreach activities including cold calls, email marketing, networking events, and client visits.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and long-term account retention.
• Set and achieve clear KPIs and revenue targets.
• Work closely with marketing, editorial, and operations teams to ensure campaign success.
• Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to shape strategy.
• Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

• 13 years of sales experience in media, digital marketing, publishing, or events.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving revenue.
• Strong network of media agency and direct client contacts (tech sector experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic actions.
