Job description

Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving new business across the Middle East, Africa, and India for a renowned Testing, Inspection, and Certification company. You will lead a team of 8 and contribute to regional revenue growth.

We are partnering with a global organization that provides testing, inspection, and certification services across industries to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Headquartered in Europe, it operates in over 60 countries, supporting businesses with product approvals, audits, and technical assessments.

Description

  • Accountable for achieving, measuring, and monitoring all sales targets and KPIs within the region.
  • Drive geographic expansion into new markets across the Middle East, Africa, and India.
  • Implement governance-compliant processes, policies, tools, concepts, and projects in the region.
  • Establish the sales organizational structure and build clusters for Area Sales Managers, field sales, inside sales, and sales support.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies and manage strategic sales activities.
  • Set targets, steer, monitor, and coach Sub-Regional / Area Sales Managers.
  • Coach, train, and motivate sales managers.
  • Optimize internal sales costs and monitor performance.
  • Coordinate sales campaigns with marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate key account management and tender processes.
  • Assist in setting up global/regional master service agreements with large customers.

Profile

  • Over 8 years of experience in testing, inspections, and certifications (TIC).
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing large teams of professionals.
  • Experience in new business development and expansion.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and consultative selling.
  • Proficient in sales planning, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
  • Able to analyze information, solve problems, and make decisions.
  • Competent in interpreting profit and loss reports.
