Responsibilities
  • Coach, mentor, and embed Cirium's 3C Selling principles across the team.
  • Manage a team of Business Development Managers to achieve sales objectives and plan strategies to ensure a steady flow of business within the aviation industry.
  • Develop the competencies and effectiveness of sales team members, leading by example.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting to the leadership team and ensure all activities are recorded in Salesforce.
  • Manage relationships with key policy agencies and support the promotion of data transformation in China's aviation ecosystem. Represent the business at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows as appropriate.
  • Build long-term strategic account plans to maximize existing revenue streams while demonstrating ROI to clients.
  • Identify new problems to solve and work with internal resources to deliver complex solutions into new sections of a defined client base.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in leading sales teams in B2B data solutions or aviation.
  • Strategic thinking to identify new opportunities and creatively solve client challenges.
  • Outstanding communication skills to inspire both your team and clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to travel across MEA for client visits and conferences.
  • Proven success in building and leading sales teams.
