Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees the designated nation or region to ensure distributors and sales partners meet regional sales goals.
- Creates and executes action plans, audits, and suggestions to enhance the regional sales system and achieve operational goals.
- Establishes and maintains good rapport with clients to increase the consumer base.
- Increases product awareness and provides training and seminars for clients, consultants, and sales staff.
- Implements sales tactics, nation and market segmentation strategies, and manages terms and conditions for distributors and partners.
- Attends distributor and customer/consultant meetings, assists with presentations, participates in trade exhibitions and events, and provides feedback to the line manager.
- Tracks and reports on trends, business conditions, and account statuses affecting future sales; supports sales strategy development for the Middle East region.
- Performs direct sales when necessary or in countries without a distributor/partner; prepares and delivers professional sales presentations as needed.
- Establishes close coordination among sales personnel, service, manufacturing, engineering, production partners, and distributors, and resolves grievances.
