What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Primary goal - source and originate new client business for OKX's leading exchange platform.
  2. Generate a sales pipeline from new and existing clients from across the financial markets; leveraging personal networks and external partners. Taking responsibility for achieving revenue growth for your own portfolio of clients.
  3. Identify and drive corporate and high net-worth individual sales opportunities. Build a healthy pipeline through sourcing and converting prospective opportunities from consulting, educating, planning to advisory with clients.
  4. Drive sales origination and lead generation efforts with new potential clients through events and other innovative methods of connectivity.
  5. Perform regular follow-up calls and emails to offer white glove service and move potential clients through the sales process (from A to Trade).
  6. Produce sales pitch documents, and implement a well-defined pre and post sales process.
  7. Maximise wallet value for existing customers - leverage an in depth knowledge of customer preferences.
  8. Feed into product development roadmap – notably collaborating with Product in the sharing of feedback from clients.
  9. Representing OKX at industry events and networking opportunities.
  10. Be a brand ambassador, ensuring customers are fully aware of the OKX value proposition.
  11. Build long lasting client relationships to obtain referrals and new sales channels - origination of new prospective clients.
  12. Proactive account management, work with operations to inform clients of potential roadblocks - frozen accounts, EDD etc.
  13. Work cross-departmentally to find solutions to complex scenarios and compliance related queries.
What We Look For In You
  1. Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for crypto products with particular emphasis on our key offerings.
  2. Experienced sales professional with a proven track record of building prospect pipeline, developing opportunities and closing deals.
  3. Ability to negotiate contractual and commercial terms. Able to work with legal team on ensuring OKX interests are safeguarded.
  4. In-depth knowledge of the crypto landscape in the UAE.
  5. "Compliance First" attitude to business.
  6. Well connected in the local VIP/Trader crypto community.
  7. Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
