This position offers commissions based on performance, with a starting salary of $1700. You will develop sales strategies, pursue new opportunities, lead the sales team, and collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Malayalam or Nepali with strong English communication.
• Proven sales management experience, preferably in the same industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on meeting targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
