Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in Dubai's Real Estate experience. If you have a proven track record of success in managing sales teams, closing deals, and expanding market presence, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate brokers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the Dubai real estate market.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Foster a collaborative and competitive team environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay informed about Dubai's real estate trends, property values, and market regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to set sales goals and generate performance reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market.
  • Proven experience in real estate brokerage, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including off-plan and secondary market properties.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to train and inspire a sales team to exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Native or fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus.
  • Must have valid UAE Driver's License and Car.
  • Must have Rera License
  • Ready to join IMMEDIATELY.
