What’s in it for you :
We are seeking an experiencedSales Manager – Leisure (EU Market) to develop and grow our leisure segment within the European market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, while representing the brand in key European feeder markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and grow leisure business from the EU region
Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel trade partners, wholesalers, and tour operators
Conduct regular sales calls and roadshows within Europe to strengthen market presence
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions
Coordinate with revenue, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure alignment of offers and availability
Represent the property at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events relevant to the EU market
Prepare regular reports on sales activity, market feedback, and revenue performance
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote all aspects of the property
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in leisure sales with a strong focus on the EU market (minimum 3–5 years)
Excellent knowledge of the European travel trade landscape
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in CRM and hotel sales management systems (e.g., Opera, Salesforce).
Ability to analyze market data and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a strong advantage. German, Italian, French or Spanish (or any other)
