Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Leisure and Europe to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead our sales efforts in the leisure sector, with a specific focus on European markets. The ideal candidate will combine a strategic mindset with hands-on sales leadership to drive growth and expand our market presence.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the leisure sector in European markets
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the leisure industry
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and materials
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and regulations in European markets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the leisure and travel industry, with a focus on European markets
