Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue from the leisure segment.
Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, tour operators, and DMCs.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the UAE leisure market.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to design and promote tailored packages for leisure clients.
Represent the property at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Monitor and achieve set sales targets, ensuring profitability and sustained growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and contracts.
Requirements
UAE experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is mandatory.
Strong understanding of the leisure segment, particularly in the UAE and GCC region.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
