Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating unforgettable stays? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love to connect with people, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

  • Implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain positive relations with all travel trade key accounts and business partners
  • Generate and maintain customers in the travel trade segment through various sales activities (face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment)
  • Maintain high exposure for the hotel through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, covering all departments and account management for client servicing, achieving targets, and maximizing productivity
  • Quote and negotiate prices within established parameters with potential and existing clients. Prepare contracts for clients
  • Plan sales trips or attend trade shows and exhibitions under the guidance of the DOSM and in coordination with International Sales Offices
  • Arrange site inspections of the hotel and host Fam trips
  • Attend major travel functions and promotional events (e.g., trade shows) to promote hotel sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities/services)
  • Maintain a working knowledge of sales support tools, including sales-specific software, property PMS, and Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications:

As our Sales Manager, you will lead the development of our sales strategy, foster strong client relationships, and drive business growth. Your innovative approach will help us create memorable experiences with flawless execution.

  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in a 5-star hotel, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Email)
  • Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong leadership qualities
  • Previous experience in Sales, especially Leisure, is essential
