Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager (Leisure) to contribute to our leisure sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new leisure clients and maintain existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute leisure sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Identify, pursue, and convert new leisure business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing leisure clients, including tour operators, travel agencies, and wholesale partners.
4. Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site visits to promote the hotel's facilities and services.
5. Negotiate and close sales contracts.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to leisure clients.
7. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
8. Develop and manage sales reports and forecasts.
9. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on leisure sales.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working with international leisure clients.
2. Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management principles.
3. Certification in hospitality sales or a related field.
4. Experience in managing CIS DMCs an partners in source market
5. Experience of travelling on roadshows and exhibitions
6. Russian Speaker - required
