Job summary

A creative hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a Leisure Sales Rockstar to drive sales and build relationships with travel partners. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience in hospitality and a proven track record of meeting targets. This role requires excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the leisure segment within hospitality.
  • Strong network of travel trade partners, tour operators, and agencies (local & international).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into business opportunities.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Russian) is a big plus and preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Opera/Delphi, and CRM systems.
  • Flexibility to travel for trade shows, sales missions, and client visits.
