Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the leisure segment within hospitality.
- Strong network of travel trade partners, tour operators, and agencies (local & international).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into business opportunities.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Russian) is a big plus and preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Opera/Delphi, and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to travel for trade shows, sales missions, and client visits.
