Job summary

The First Group Hospitality in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager – Leisure to drive leisure business for Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection, by building relationships with leisure travel partners, tour operators, and destination management companies.

You will generate new business, maintain partnerships, and position the hotel as a preferred destination for holidays and special occasions, coordinating with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leisure sales, preferably luxury hotels.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai leisure, tourism, and travel-trade market.
• Established relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, and DMCs.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leisure sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new leisure accounts and opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, and DMCs.
• Negotiate contracts, preferred rates, packages, and promotions.
• Promote the hotel’s accommodation, dining, leisure facilities, and guest experiences.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and property inspections.
• Develop business opportunities across local and international leisure markets.
• Attend travel trade shows, networking events, roadshows, and sales missions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, seasonal demand, and destination developments.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, sales activities, contracts, and production.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, Front Office, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate leisure promotions, campaigns, familiarization trips, and partner activities.
• Ensure a smooth booking process and exceptional service delivery for leisure clients.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, brand standards, and applicable regulations.

Job Description

The Sales Manager – Leisure will be responsible for driving leisure business and revenue growth for Ciel Dubai Marina by developing relationships with leisure travel partners, tour operators, destination management companies, travel agencies, and key international markets. The role will generate new business, maintain existing partnerships, and position the hotel as a preferred destination for leisure stays, holidays, and special occasions.
