Job Title: Sales Manager

Through your passion and motivation, you will sell memorable experiences to guests staying at your property. You should be professional, knowledgeable about your property, and capable of building strong relationships and bonds with your guests.

What you will be doing:

  • Implement basic sales techniques and principles as outlined by ACCOR Hotels
  • Coordinate and execute segment sales activities and strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue, while managing costs and aligning with the hotel’s business mix
  • Communicate sales promotions and information after approval from the DOS, ensuring relevant staff receive updates
  • Develop relationships with key accounts, prospect accounts, and other potential clients within your designated territory or beyond if applicable
  • Plan and coordinate sales trips in the territory in collaboration with the Director of Sales for maximum efficiency
  • Identify potential new accounts and conduct sales activities to acquire these clients
  • Prepare and draft contracts for hotels, adhering to corporate pricing, current business strategy, and market conditions
  • Generate leads, monitor offers, and actively follow up to increase conversions in cooperation with the Banquet and Reservation departments
