A leading company in insulation materials is seeking a Sales Manager to drive strategic sales initiatives in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the construction sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets for isolation materials. • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential customers across construction, MEP, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and distributors. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product features, advantages, and benefits. • Lead and manage the sales team: setting goals, tracking performance, and ensuring training and motivation. • Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and pricing strategies to adjust sales approach accordingly. • Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. • Participate in tenders, contract negotiations, and project bidding processes. • Submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to senior management. • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and product certifications (FM, UL, ASTM, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales of isolation/insulation materials in the UAE/GCC market. • Strong network of industry contacts within the construction, HVAC, and industrial sectors. • Solid understanding of insulation products such as fiberglass, rockwool, polyurethane foam, and other related materials. • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Valid UAE driving license.
