  • Good command (verbal and written) of English; Arabic is a plus.

    Your Role

    Job description

    Develop and maintain proactively a close relationship with all End users, Engineering Consultants and Contractors (EPC) in the assigned region for Instrument Air Packages (Oil Lubricated Compressors & Air treatment Systems) , Containerized Packages for Oil & Gas Service Providers.

    Promote the entire Atlas Copco’s portfolio of products and Engineered Solutions and coordinate with the respective product companies / Engineered Solutions team groups for the quoted packages.

    Ensure registration of Atlas Copco products with end users Oil & Gas Companies , EPC’s in the region is updated at all times.

    Participate in Tenders, Manage independently Projects from Feed stage to Execution phase with Application / Proposals team.

    Support Product Companies to have clarity in scope of supply and technical compliance in line with project requirements and take ownership.

    Negotiate contracts to obtain favorable commercial terms for Atlas Copco and protect the Company against any claims.

    Manage / Assist partner’s team in the region with strategies and goals to achieve the defined KPI’s.

    Arrange Lunch & Learn sessions on a regular basis with the Consultants, EPC contractors and End users to propagate our business philosophy, preferred technology scope and specifications.

    Must have a clear understanding of competitors activities / capabilities and developments which should support strategies going forward.

    Develop a detailed installed base of equipment with end users and stimulate replacement opportunities.

    Explore the market for new business opportunities in different market segments.

    Maintain a full record of all installations of the products handled in the Energy and Petrochemical sector.

    Work very closely with the Engineered Solutions Team across the globe , Product Marketing & After Market (CTS) to ensure timely completion of contracts to customer expectations.

    Consistent CRM (SAP-C4C) implementation of all sales and marketing activities to ensure accurate market information and maintaining customer database.

    To succeed, you will need

    Qualifications

    University Degree in Engineering

    Minimum 5 years’ experience with the Energy and Petrochemical sector in GCC / International regions dealing with rotating equipment’s

    Multi-cultural and / or International Experience is a plus

    Good command (verbal and written) of English , Arabic is a plus

    Good presentation skills

    Familiarity with API / ISO standards and typical contractors / Energy and Petrochemical companies and Engineering specifications

    Familiarity and experience to deal and negotiate commercial terms and conditions

    Personality Skills and Competencies

    Pro-active with good interpersonal skills

    Strong in communication / Self-motivated / Team Player

    Flexible to meet business needs & willing to travel extensively
