A leading company in HVAC solutions seeks a Sales Executive to manage and grow sales for Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Direct Expansion (DX) systems in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the HVAC field, actively promoting products, generating leads, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Qualifications

• Experience ideally from a distributor in Abu Dhabi.
• Knowledge of VRF and DX systems.

Job description

Job Purpose: Accountable to achieve assigned sales targets for Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Direct Expansion (DX) systems. Establish a network of leading developers, architects, MEP consultants in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for revenue targets and achieving business objectives for assigned territory.
• Sales lead generation (Generate leads and engage directly with customers and complete the business deals) and expanding existing sales.
• Promote VRF and DX systems to industry experts, developers, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in the decision-making process.
• Ensure the CRM platform is up to date for customer data, your sales activities and forecast Stay appraised and report on market developments (Report on sales progress and advise/alert if any problems may arise)
• Support debtor collections

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, in HVAC equipment field ideally from a distributor in AUH.
• Knowledge of VRF and DX System
• Self-motivated and autonomous working
• Ability to establish rapport and credibility based on trust and delivery
