Job description

The Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will lead and manage a team of B2B sales representatives. This role is critical in driving the company’s growth by preparing and implementing effective sales and business development strategies, acquiring new customers, expanding business with current customers, and achieving personal sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in meeting sales goals within the Computer / PC repair and upgrading industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Team Management :
    • Lead, manage, and support a team of B2B sales representatives.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team to help them achieve their targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and set individual goals for team members.
  2. Sales and Business Development Strategy :
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth.
    • Create and execute a plan for acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing customers.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales expansion initiatives.
  3. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management :
    • Your experience in the PC repair & assembling industry within HPC - Highly-performing computers (CPU / GPU, game developers; Pro Graphic designers workstations, etc.) would be highly appreciated.
    • Generate leads and research prospects for new customer acquisition.
    • Visit potential new customers to present proposal offers and close deals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
  4. Sales Goals and Performance :
    • Meet personal sales targets and assist the sales team in achieving their goals.
    • Prepare and send quotes and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
  5. Sales Process Optimization :
    • Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
    • Utilize CRM and sales software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
    • Continuously improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements :

  1. Education :
    • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Knowledge of current IT hardware is preferred.
  2. Experience :
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales management or business development role within the UAE market.
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
    • IT sales background preferred.
  3. Skills :
    • Fluent in English, with proficiency in another language being an advantage.
    • Good understanding of the needs of the PC repair & assembling industry within HPC - Highly-performing computers (CPU / GPU, game developers; Pro Graphic designers workstations).
    • Excellent customer service, sales, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of IT equipment and industry trends.
    • Strong networking skills with an established contacts network.
    • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and extroverted personality.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new business opportunities.
    • Valid UAE driving license.
