About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager – Hospitality within our Retail division to lead sales across all product categories targeted at the hospitality sector. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a focused sales strategy to achieve revenue and business growth targets. You will build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as interior designers, architects etc.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market analysis, supporting the sales team by tracking performance and helping close critical deals, and conducting client visits to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. You will collaborate with CAD designers to develop product mock-ups and visualizations, lead negotiations, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Additionally, you’ll play a vital role in providing market insights, contributing to product development and pricing strategies, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Organizing networking initiatives such as Lunch & Learn sessions and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects will also be part of your mandate. This role demands a strong understanding of hospitality project workflows, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to managing accounts and opportunities.

About You

You are a sales professional with 5 –7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, known for your ability to close deals, manage key accounts, and exceed targets. You have deep knowledge of hospitality procurement cycles, interior design requirements, and project-based sales. Your strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills allow you to influence top-tier clients and work seamlessly across departments. You're strategic, analytical, and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering outstanding service and solutions. A valid UAE driving license and experience working within the UAE market are essential for success in this role.
