Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-drivenSales Managerto lead the growth of our Gym Management Software in the UAE. The role requires strong sales expertise, the ability to build lasting client relationships, and a passion for technology and fitness. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets by promoting our software to gyms, fitness centers, and personal training studios.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential gym and fitness center clients across the UAE
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the Gym Management Software to decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gym owners, managers, and fitness professionals
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide input and feedback to the product team based on client needs and market trends
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within SaaS, software solutions, or the fitness/wellness industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle (mandatory)
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
