The Sales Manager – Global Accounts will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with strategic multinational clients and global enterprises across sectors for our payments solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in the fintech, payments, banking-as-a-service (BaaS), or embedded finance ecosystems.

You will drive the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation, pitching, RFP responses, commercial negotiations, to contract closure – while ensuring a strong focus on revenue generation, strategic client engagement, and long-term partnership growth across geographies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Global Enterprise Sales : Drive new business acquisition by targeting multinational corporations, large enterprises, marketplaces, and global e-commerce players.
  • Account Management : Manage, deepen, and expand strategic global account relationships post-acquisition with a focus on cross-sell and upsell.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate key verticals such as e-commerce, travel, mobility, digital services, gaming, fintech, SaaS, and financial institutions.
  • Revenue Growth : Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by securing new accounts and expanding existing ones.
  • Solution Selling : Understand client needs to propose appropriate payment solutions including merchant acquiring, card issuing, wallets, cross-border payments, FX, BaaS, and embedded finance offerings.
  • Proposal & RFP Management : Lead responses to RFPs, create customized proposals, and present compelling commercial offers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Build trusted relationships with C-level executives (CFOs, CTOs, CMOs, COOs) and key decision-makers globally.
  • Internal Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Risk, Compliance, Tech, and Operations teams to ensure successful onboarding, solution design, and service delivery.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting global payments and fintech ecosystems.
  • Reporting : Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and forecasting in CRM systems. Prepare periodic business performance reports for leadership.

Key Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally with a fintech, payments provider, bank, or SaaS firm.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex financial / payment solutions to global corporate clients.
  • Deep understanding of payment flows, merchant acquiring, card issuing, wallets, cross-border payments, and / or embedded finance products.
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory environments around payments (e.g., PCI-DSS, PSD2, CBUAE, GDPR).
  • Ability to work independently across multiple time zones, handling complex deal cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and events (up to 30%-40%).
  • Commercially driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong consultative selling approach.

  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
