About the Role
Are you passionate about sales and exceeding targets? Do you enjoy pursuing new business opportunities? Our sales division is looking for a Sales Manager - Leisure for GCC & MENA regions. You will manage existing accounts and develop new business for Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal, focusing on the GCC local DMCs, wholesalers, travel agents, and retail shops. Your responsibilities include initiating ongoing sales activities with DMCs and travel agents, ensuring visibility of Atlantis properties within GCC retail shops and travel agents, and handling ad-hoc business from non-assigned regions.
You will oversee a portfolio of existing accounts and seek new business opportunities, especially from the royalty segments and VIP clients based in GCC/MENA, including the UAE. Your goal is to position Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal as premier leisure destinations within the GCC and MENA, highlighting their unique differentiators to clients and ensuring they understand each product's value.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working in a 5-star resort or hotel at the managerial level, specifically within the GCC & MENA leisure markets. Fluency in Arabic is required. You should have experience leading a team, delivering high-level client service, and managing senior accounts. Experience working within a resort and specifically in Dubai is highly advantageous. A strong passion for sales, negotiation skills, and the ability to develop rapport with prospective clients are essential.
