Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth across the mid-market and SMB segments. You will act as a senior contributor within the sales team, working closely with the Head of Sales in UAE to shape strategy, close deals, and mentor junior team members. This role demands a strong understanding of the local market, a hands-on approach to sales execution, and the ability to coach and support others while delivering results.
