Role Overview:
As the Sales Manager, you will leverage your expertise in sales management to lead a team of sales representatives, ensuring they achieve their sales targets. You will oversee CRM activities and collaborate effectively across departments to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly in the hotel sector.
  • Oversee CRM systems and ensure effective tracking of sales activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the furniture, curtains, or carpets market.
